TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN SARJANA (S1 & D4) DAN PASCASARJANA (S2 & S3)

PROCEDURES FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE REGISTRATION

 

1.     Calon Peserta membuat akun pendaftaran terlebih dahulu melalui laman https://pmb.unesa.ac.id/ dan memilih menu "REGISTRASI"

        Prospective students create a registration account first via the page https://pmb.unesa.ac.id/ and select the "REGISTRATION" menu.

2.     Calon Peserta kemudian memperoleh email verifikasi akun pendaftaran

        Prospective students then receive a registration account verification email.

3.    Diharapkan kepada Calon Peserta untuk melakukan validasi akun dan membuat password (Catat bila perlu!) .  Jika email tidak masuk pada kotak masuk/inbox, Calon  peserta bisa melihat pada kotak spam.

        Prospective students must validate their account and create a password (note it if necessary). Prospective students can check the spam mailbox if they have not received a notification email.

4.     Calon peserta kemudian membuka laman https://pmb.unesa.ac.id/ dan memilih "Login" (di bagian atas kanan) menggunakan email dan password yang baru.

        Prospective students open https://pmb.unesa.ac.id/ page and select "Login" (at the top right) using the new email and password.

5.     Isi biodata, jalur, dan prodi, kemudian klik "FINALISASI" dibagian bawah kanan. 

        Fill in the student's biodata, selection path, and study program, then click "FINALIZE" at the bottom right.

6.     Calon peserta akan mendapatkan Nomor Virtual Account dan membayar biaya pendaftaran melalui Bank Mitra. Pembayaran bisa dilakukan secara M-Banking melalui  Transfer Virtual Account.  

        Prospective students will get a Virtual Account Number and pay the registration fee through the Partner Bank. Payment can be made via M-Banking via Virtual Account Transfer.

7.     Peserta mengunggah data:

        Prospective Students upload documents:

a.     Scan Ijazah atau Surat Keterangan Lulus (semua jenjang pendidikan)

        Scan of diploma or graduation certificate (all levels of education);

b.     Scan Transkrip Nilai (Pascasarjana);

        Scan of Academic Transcript (Postgraduate);

c.     Scan Bukti Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris: TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC/TEP (Pascasarjana);

        Scan of Proof of English Language Proficiency: TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC/TEP (Postgraduate);

d.     Scan Akreditasi BANPT (Pascasarjana)

        BANPT Accreditation Scan (Postgraduate);

e.     File foto berwarna format JPEG atau PNG

        Colour photo file in JPEG or PNG format;

f.       Scan Surat Rekomendasi dari Pimpinan/Dosen (Pascasarjana)_download form

        Scan of Recommendation Letter from Leader/Lecturer (Postgraduate)_download form;

8.     Calon peserta kemudian mencetak Kartu Pendaftaran melalui akun pendaftaran yang dimiliki.

        Prospective students print the Registration Card via the registration account.

9.     Cek atau cetak ulang kartu pendaftaran dua hari sebelum jadwal tes

        Check or reprint the registration card two days before the test schedule.

10. Biaya Pendaftaran

        Registration Fee:

a.      Sarjana sebesar Rp. 300.000 (tiga ratus ribu rupiah) untuk pilihan satu prodi dan Rp. 400.000 (empat ratus ribu rupiah) untuk pilihan dua prodi. Khusus   prodi S1 Kedokteran, sebesar Rp. 750.000 (tujuh ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah)

        IDR. 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) for an Undergraduate Degree program, for choosing one study program, and Rp. 400,000 (four hundred thousand rupiah) for two study programs. IDR. 750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) for the Undergraduate Program in Medicine study program,

b.     Pascasarjana  sebesar Rp. 400.000 (empat ratus ribu rupiah) untuk satu prodi pilihan.

        IDR 400,000 (four hundred thousand rupiah) for one selected Postgraduate study program.
